Who says red and green are the go-to colors for the holidays?? I’d rather kick off the last week of the year with a more equal-opportunity color scheme. Happy Boxing Day!

Ok, what’s not to love about this? I could easily imagine this jungle boogie setup in a certain friend’s Manhattan dwelling. Or in my bathroom. It’s acceptable to have a bar cart in my bathroom, no? And, I can’t be sure, but it looks like this sweet little kitty is actually an embroidery. Amazing.
It could be the mid-December drizzle coming down outside that makes this color story so appropriate for today. If I could name my own crayon in one of these shades it would have to be Glittery Gothberry.
I don’t know about you, but I get such a minty fresh feeling when I look at this week’s color inspiration… it almost makes me want to eat a York peppermint patty…while in the woods…riding a moose.
