60s

With all of the psychedelic flower power found blooming in the Spring ’15 runway shows, we had to wonder just how many designers were drinking from the same well of acid-laced Kool-Aid? (Um.. and where can we get some?!) This may just be the trend we are most excited to see emerging from the newest shows. With dizzying and playful motifs, and colors that nearly surpass louder-than-life status, these vintage florals are sure to be the life of the Spring print party.

One of our absolute favorite eras in textile design turned out to be a major theme on the runway this season; the groovin’ 60s and 70s. Today we’re featuring quirky geos that would give any Mod a good flashback. For additional examples of this hip trend, check out collections from Trina Turk and Orla Kiely.
