Warning: this is not your Grandmother’s wallpaper. Recently a few of these images have been floating around the web, so I followed them back to their source to find an incredible custom wallpaper design studio called Black Crow Studios. They specialize in creating modern, large-scale murals that differ from typical wallpaper in that you don’t see a real repeat. They have a diverse and impressive collection, but I’m especially smitten with their watercolor series. It’s not for every room [or every house], but it’s a refreshingly updated way to make an interior space more dynamic. And yet another example of how digital printing is taking over our world. Rejoice! Check out their site to see the rest of this series and more.
You’ll have no trouble channeling your inner feline with this trend in conversational prints: cats. Now, I love cats more than most people, but I don’t normally wear it on my sleeve.. however that may change if I can get my paws [did I just write that?] on any of the amazing items pictured below. Are you loving this trend, or would you rather eat some tuna and take a nap?
